Ingredients
• 150g of soft butter
• 150g of sugar
• 4g of fine salt
• 2 eggs
• 280g of flour
• 6g of baking powder
• 220g of whole liquid cream
• 1 vanilla pod or 1 tbsp of vanilla powder or liquid
• 125g of red fruits or frozen raspberry pieces

• 1 packet of raspberry coulis
• 20g of sugar
• 2.5g of pectin NH
• 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
• 170g of Ruby chocolate (naturally pink)
• 25g of neutral vegetable oil
