Vegan and gluten-free brown chocolate fondant
Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free brown chocolate fondant cake 🍫

Ingredients :

200g dark chocolate
150g brown cream
100g apple compote
80g complete sugar
90g corn flour
80ml almond milk
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Chocolate preparation: Melt the chocolate in the bath.
Assemble the ingredients: Mix the brown cream, compote and sugar in a salad bowl. Add the melted chocolate, then the corn flour and almond milk. Add a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Pour into a mold and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. The heart should remain a little flowing.
Tasting: Leave to cool for an even more moist consistency.
