1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until completely melted.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
