Ingredients
Butter (soft): 100 g (½ cup)

Milk: 50 ml (¼ cup)
Sour cream or natural yogurt: 70 g (⅓ cup)
Wheat flour: 180 g (1½ cups)
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Candied fruits and raisins: 140 g (1 cup)
Directions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease lightly.
Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Mix in the milk and sour cream (or yogurt) until well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
