2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup sliced black or Kalamata olives
2 tbsp capers, rinsed
