Ingredients:
32 oz frozen hash browns
4 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, or your favorite)
1 ⁄2 cup sautéed spinach (fresh or frozen, well-drained)
Maple syrup (for drizzling, optional)
Directions:
Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease with cooking spray or a small amount of butter.
Make hash browns: In a large bowl, microwave frozen hash browns for about 2 to 3 minutes, until soft enough to mash.
